Cat Taylor

Editor-in-chief

Cat Taylor is a senior communication major with a minor in art. For a year and a half, she worked as a communication coordinator for the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion where she co-created the social media campaign, “We Are Westminster” that discussed unconscious bias. In her free time, she can be seen drawing, playing video games and drinking a significant amount of coffee.

Zidia Gibson

Managing Editor

Zidia Gibson is a sophomore communication major and a film studies minor with a love for telling stories. On campus, she works as a social media coordinator for Westminster and writes for The Honorable Mention. In her free time, you can find her petting any cat she sees, hiking the valley, rock climbing with friends, playing video games, and visiting Griff’s Roost every other day.

Alexandria Turner

Business and Advertising Director

Alexandria Turner is a senior business major from Memphis, Tennessee. In her free time she enjoys archery and boxing. This is her first year working for The Forum’s newspaper and website.

Ella V

Production Manager

Ella Viesturs is a senior communication major with a minor in outdooreducation and leadership. She hopes to make an impact on The Forum’s readership and the Westminster community in general. Ella is from Ketchum, Idaho where she grew up skiing, adventuring in the Sawtooth mountains and playing competitive soccer.

Rylee Brown

Online and Social Media Manager

Rylee Brown is a junior communication major while also minoring in Spanish. Outside of The Forum Rylee also helps tutor elementary school students in reading, writing, and art skills. She loves spending time with her siblings, playing board games with her fiance, and traveling whenever she can.

Anthony Giorgio

Video and Podcast Director

Anthony Giorgio is a senior communication major and Legacy Scholar.  He was born and raised in Salt Lake City, and in his free time enjoys painting, drawing, creative writing and playing guitar. He is also co-founder and executive producer of local production company, Wandering Productions.

Lauren Shoughro

Digital Producer

Lauren Shoughro is a senior communication major from Las Vegas, Nevada. This is her second year working with The Forum, and this year she has taken on a new role as the digital producer. When she isn’t in the classroom, you can find her on Dumke Field playing for Westminster’s women’s lacrosse team. She is excited to continue creating content for The Forum’s newspaper and website.
